About me

I won’t bore you with the ‘I’ve always loved cooking’ story but that’s the basis of it. Having studied Professional Patisserie at Trafford College for two years, and achieved levels 2 & 3, I am currently studying for a third year to attain a level 3 in Professional Cookery. 

Alongside my studies, I have had the opportunity to learn while working as a pastry chef in high-end kitchens including The Lowry 5-Star Hotel in Manchester and Peck's Restaurant (AA Rosette) in Congleton.

I was awarded the Silver medal for Confectionery and Patisserie at the 2019 World Skills UK Finals and am now part of the UK squad, training for a place at the international finals in China.
